Plastic Concepts & Design, Inc. is a family owned full service Plastic Injection Molding Company that has been a leader in the Plastic Injection Molding Industry for over 25 years. Plastic Concepts & Design, Inc. was founded in 1989 by Carl Ackerman.

Carl began his career in the plastic molding business at the young age of 14 in a local plant located not far from his childhood home. In 2006, Carl’s wife Kim retired from her banking career and began working full time in their business. Together, they have developed and maintained a solid reputation for building partnerships and producing quality plastic products for various industries throughout the world.

The vast majority of our customers come to us by referral. Our customers experience impeccable customer service, outstanding quality and unparalleled reliability. By offering full service end-to- end capabilities, state-of- the art technology and competitive pricing, we have become the supplier of choice for Fortune 500 companies and Government Contractors. The present customer base of Plastic Concepts & Design covers various industries and market segments, with high emphasis on Law Enforcement Duty Gear and Medical Devices. Approximately 60% of our business is from these market segments, with the rest consisting of other OEM’s in the recreational, agriculture, fishing, marine, electronics, and consumer products.
